Fashion has its dark side too and it’s mysterious, intriguing, sexy, and extremely seductive. I’m talking about goth style if you know what I mean. The one style that all seem to be head over heels for. Gossip girl fashion rocked it and so did Mary Q classy Reign. So don’t judge them, you haven’t been in their shoes yetJ, but I have.
I fell in love with fashion and honestly, this incredibly stunning dark style. Let me give you a few simple stuff about goth fashion that will give you the goosebumps and leave you with the “WTF, that’s totally awesome” kind of look. It’s time for you to cross into the dark world of fashion and I can’t wait to take you there.
Goth ain’t just a pile of black like most guys think, no! In fact it’s an incredible mixture that has its roots right from the beauty of historical fashion to the most contemporary designs. Check out the pillars of goth.
Call it Vamp or Romantic Style. This type of Goth is stylish, sensual, and extremely attractive. It comes with long gowns, damask, and velvet as its most prominent features. But for the women it comes with long stylish dresses, skirts, and with a bustle. Gloves, parasols, black corsets, and say fans are all frequent accessories with Victorian. Find The Reign fashion, Sherlock, and Downtown Abbey for a more conspicuous Victorian goth styles.
Now this is the hardcore gothic style. Known to fans as the Classic, Deathrock is the real deal. Its look is extreme in every sense. It comes with pale skins, dark hair, punk styles such as Mohawks and typical black clothing design as its main signature. And I love Deathrock, it’s the only way a stylish fashion exists without wearing some plain animal print. For a little inspiration, check out Game of Thrones and The Twilight Zone.
A relatively new twist to goth Steampunk tweaks up goth with an artistic touch. It embraces the one thing other gothic styles don’t, adventure, exploration, and creativity. And its colors are just a little different. The pallets include bronze, browns, pinks, black, and a whole lot of trial n’ error pitches. The women go for bloomer style pants or hitched up skirts with strappy belts, romantic corsets, and button down tops, cool, no-wonder gossip girl fashion couldn’t get enough of it.
Now this is the glitter girl fashion. With spikes and chains to be found, it’s the cute look of goth. But come to think of it who wants to look cute in goth? Goth is sensual, mysterious, and strong. All the same with its bright pink and white glitter or pastel still makes a swing at some A-list TV shows including the Vampire Diaries.
This is my most favorite goth style. With its post apocalyptic touch, this style swings at you all the character that goth comes with. Trust me it’s the hottest goth style for any laid back gal that intends to win every heart with a scientific poke. It’s awesome really, and if the Walking Dead didn’t just nail it for you, try Orphan Black, or GG.
Finally if you want something for the bedroom and a sensual begging to start from Fetish will do the trick for you, it’s the kind of gothic style that you don’t see everyday unless you get down to watching the American Horror Story, Mad Men, or Masters of Sex . It comes with cat suits, sky high stilettos, corsets, dark tight and shiny clothing, and titillating masks. It’s just plain sexy!
Love it or hate it, goth is a fantastic style and I just gave you a sneak peak of what a gothic ward-robe looks like. I love fashion and I can’t hold back from goth. So spare me the “OMG he missed it” crap the next time you see someone going gothic. I know this style rocks right into the heart of hardcore fashion itself.
